A pool complex consists of an upper pool cascading into a meandering lower pool that includes a children's section. Beach frontage comprises 250 meters (273 yards) of powdery white sand extending the length of Cancún Island along the turquoise Caribbean Sea. Cushioned lounge chairs provide sunbathing comfort around the pools, on the beach, and on sand and grass areas terraced above the beach. Thatched palapas furnish shade.

Drive a speedboat for 45 minutes, James Bond style, from the lagoon through the twisty mangrove channel and out in to the ocean. Stop off at one of the best reefs in the area for 45 minutes snorkeling and then make the return journey back through the ocean, mangroves and lagoon.
